The Big Band, based in Harlow, Essex, have been touring (on & off) with John Otway for more than 22 years adding a substantial amount of 'oomph' to Rock n Roll's Greatest Failure's musical output both on stage and in the studio. These accomplished musicians comprise of Murray Torkildsen (Rhythm Guitar), Adam Batterbee (Drums), Seymour Fluids (Bass) and Richard Holgarth (Lead Guitar). Torkildsen is a solo artist in his own right but is also the founding member of The Sweeney which also includes Adam Batterbee. Holgarth, meanwhile, adds writing, recording, producing and 'tolerating' to his list of credits. Aside from Otway the band members have contributed as musicians to a wide variety of artists over the years.
