The single comes in a paper white sleeve without cover art, and includes a homemade Jukebox Card. Blue Bayou" and "Joe Tex," both of which are on Don't Blame the Stars, appear here in different forms. The former is a special mono mix, edited for some non-existent AM Psych-Folk radio station. The new mix of "Joe Tex" on this single is stripped back to acoustic guitar, vocal and string quartet. The vinyl lacquer was cut by John Hull of MusiCol studio in Columbus, Ohio on a 1940's Skully lathe, directly from the analog master tape.
