The cover is quite similar to the UK version, and includes the credit: Sleeve printed and made in England by Gothic Print Finishers Ltd. This is most likely a legacy credit. Additionally we find at the bottom right side: Manufactured under license by Negram b.v. Heemstede, Holland an EMI Holland Company, Made in Holland The pressing plant code dates this version clear into the first half of 1978.
