A.k.a. Mike Newman
Traumatone label owner Mike Newman's solo project, largely existing only to assuage other artists assertion that he didn't actually sing on any of the label's releases. The small body of work produced between 1992 and 1996 develops from crackly lo-fi bedroom recordings to more listenable four-track pieces, with a heavy emphasis on maudlin indie-pop ballads. Almost the entire catalog of recorded works (save for the abandoned cassette in production for the Bacchanalian Revel label) was re-released on CD by Luigi Falagario's Almost Halloween Time label in Italy.
