Issued on sunburst CBS labels in a matte picture sleeve with some parts in fluorescent colours. This edition with an earlier label design has an arrow under 'STEREO' at 9 o'clock on the label. Early pressings (first 10,000) included a red sticker on the inner sleeve which could be redeemed from the NME for a free single (Capital Radio E.P.). Matrix numbers for this release A-2/B-2. A later label design with code LC 0149 and typeface changes released as The Clash.
