Released as a limited edition CD/DVD combo with a total quantity manufactured of 100 copies. CD is housed in a white cardboard sleeve with front and back cover art and credits placed on the outside (adhesive printed sticker). All copies are hand numbered for authenticity. DVD fully packaged in a retail-ready clamshell case with full color jacket. DVD features tour footage, live TV appearances, music videos, interviews, and more. All footage filmed over the course of 2016 and 2017. Authoring of full program on DVD is in one chapter so runs continuously.
