Due to lineup problems the planned CD EP was finished except for vocals. To deal with this it was released in a limited run of 100 CDs inside 100 Pro-Printed and Hand-Assembled, Hand numbered 12" vinyl sleeves. Each containing the CD in a smaller handmade sleeve, a 2 page pro-printed Press Pack with an official bio and signed glossy photo, a special D-Gen's logo patch on Denim fabric (ONLY available with this release) and several copies of the Infernal Trinity Records Promo flyers previously made to promote the original planned Gods Of The Godless CD and the (by this point defunct) Farmingdale Technical Death trio NAZARENE PLAGUE's unfinished and still unreleased "Lullaby For The Aborted" EP. The flyers were included as a bonus item and in multiples with a note encouraging the owner to "Support Local True Metal and The Destruction of The Mainstream Music Industry!" D.I.Y. Till You Fucking Die!" Set includes: - CDs in Hand-Numbered, hand-assembled, 12" vinyl sleeves. - Handmade smaller sleeve to hold the disc inside. - 8.5/11" 2-page press pack (with official D-Gen's Bio on one page and Signed Glossy photo on second page) - Rare Denim D-Gen's Logo Patch (previous patches were only on black fabric) - (Multiple) Infernal Trinity Records Promo Flyers Circa 2009 (promoting the planned releases of "Gods Of The Godless" & NAZARENE PLAGUE'S "Lullaby For The Aborted" EP)
