SONG NOTES: This is the first Daysleepers song produced and engineered completely by The Daysleepers! You may be interested to know that all the guitar tracks and percussion on this track were written and recorded by Mario our drummer! I recorded the vocals and keyboard parts and Scott delivered his powerful driving bass line. Mario and I mixed up our roles a little on this track...why? At it's very beginning this song started as an idea on Mario's laptop. I was over at his house and he played me his demo of the guitars and drums for "Dreamworld" and I immediately knew it had to be finished and released. I loved the guitars that he laid down so I felt there was really nothing that I could add that would make it better. Next I laid down the flute sounding keyboard inspired by "There is a light that never goes out" by the Smiths, and the rest is history! You will notice Elizabeth is not on this particular track (Yes that high falsetto is all me :-) However, you will hear her in the near future on another new Daysleepers track. This track was written for her so I wanted to sing it to her. :) Anyways, I hope you all love the song as much as we do! thank you for the kind comments so far!
