Tracks 2-13 originally released as "The Diodes" (CBS, 1977). Recorded Sept. 1977, Manta Sound, Toronto. Tracks 16-18, 20-23, originally released on "Released" (Epic, 1979). Recorded Aug. 1978, Eastern Sound, Toronto. Track 20 recorded April 1978, Manta Sound. Tracks 1 & 14 are previously released outtakes from the 1st LP. Recorded Sept. 1977, Studio 306, Toronto Track 15 is an outtake from the 2nd LP, later released on "Survivors", 1982. Track 19 is an alternate version, previously unreleased. Track 25 previously unreleased. First 1998 edition. Made at SMC (Canada).
