A.k.a. The Dixie Stompers
Belgian jazz band (from the region of Mons). The band was created at the end of WW II, but exists in its "modern" form since 1951, the year when Albert Langue began to lead it. Their repertoire is mostly Dixieland, but they sometimes play in the Middle-Jazz style. It is the only Belgian band that has accompanied Sidney Bechet.
