Los Angeles vocal quartet formed in 1945 by James Bradley. Other members include tenors Charles Gross (tenor), Norman Brooks (tenor), John Dix (bass), and possibly at other times Richard Brown (tenor), Eddie Jones (tenor) and Lewis E. Young. Group broke up in 1956 after their last single on John Dolphin's Money Records (2). Recorded for several labels: Modern, Colonial, MGM, Aladdin, Money and as "The Ebbonaires" on Combo Records.
