Contains an insert that reads: The name of this two song cd is "norman bailer" which until recently was the name of our group. These songs were recorded in November 1996 at Whoop Ass studio in Lincoln NE. Both will appear on the new album "MEDIA" due out in early 1998. The insert also contains lyrics and contact information for the band. This promo was originally created with sleeves that said the band name Norman Bailer, but after they had been printed the band changed their name to The Faint. The Norman Bailer sleeves were withdrawn, and replaced with the corrected The Faint sleeves. The artwork and layout for the sleeve is otherwise the same. Most of the original sleeves were destroyed, but a handful were given to friends and family. The CD face has the Norman Bailer name, and doesn't mention The Faint since the band didn't want to go to the expense of repressing the CDs.
