Recorded live at Royal Albert Hall, 10 June 1967. Tracks A1, B1, and B6 also have members of the congregation (audience) singing. Track A3 music is an American Gospel Song. Track A4 is female voices only. Track B2 is male voices only. Three associate conductors are listed, but there is no indication who conducted which tracks. "Musicians of the Red Shield Band" are listed as a participating group, but are not listed on any tracks. The cover is ambiguous as to whether these musicians are actually part of the string ensemble. The Festival Chorus Of 1000 Voices formed from the following songster brigades: The National Songsters, Barking, Bromley, Catford, Croydon Citadel, Ealing, Hadleigh Temple, Hammersmith, Hillingdon, Kingston upon Thames, Leigh-on-Sea, Leighton Buzzard, Luton Temple, Norwich Citadel, Romford, Southall Citadel, Southend Citadel, St. Albans, Staines, Stotfold, Thornton Heath, Twickenham, Upper Norwood. Runouts on both sides have a very weak "A" stamp. Also, on the B side, the A side stamp was apparently applied, crossed out, and then the correct B side stamp was applied.
