No credits or information on label, only a Red and White spiral design. The tracks on this release are identical to the A side of Medley: Aquarius/Let The Sun Shine In . Judging by the XSS numbers on the runout grooves this might be an Epic Records test pressing white label, but no definite information exists. This was a promo 12" 'dance' remix to promote the film Forrest Gump. The original version of the 5th Dimension song is on the double CD/LP release of the soundtrack from the film. There appear to be two versions (label appearance) of the same 12". That being, the red & white swirl and a blank silver record label. Both share the same cat# number. As suggested, I believe it's a Johnny Vicious remix.
