A.k.a. The "D" Men
Originally known as the D-Men, the Fifth Estate was formed in Stamford, CT and was originally comprised of Rick Engler, Ken 'Fervus' Evans, Doug 'Duke' Ferrara, Wayne 'Wads' Wadhams, and Bill Shute. Later additions to the group included Chuck LeGros and Bob 'Bobby Lee' Klein. They are almost singularly remembered for their Top 20 hit, "Ding Dong! The Witch Is Dead"
