Band,
Rock and Pop
US group from Pennsylvania. They started playing music in the early 60's. The band played all over central PA and later the eastern seaboard. band was produced by non other than Charlie Daniels. Locally beside playing at Fire company's and teen hangouts like the Malabalo (Sp) they were regulars at the Coral Club,, the 615, Pushnicks, Don Vaughn's Lounge and many more places because live music was valued and non talented DJ's were not on the scene as of yet. A note Harrisburg PA was a hot bed of music back then with (my count ) 46 venues where live music was played. I have personally played Fury's cuts for the likes of Larry Gatlin, Barry Gibb and the guys from Alabama. They all asked if the singers wee related and surprised when they found out they were not. The original members were John Wilson, Paul Ross, Dave Shader and Tom Casey. Later Bill Collier was added. In the 80's Jack Miller and Warren Castaneira rounded out the lineup of the day.
