Guitar 'supergroup' first performing together in 1973 who released several live records. Performing intermittently as they had solo careers as well, the band was comprised of Charlie Byrd, Herb Ellis, and Barney Kessel. A 1992 stroke marked the end of Kessel's career, and thereafter Byrd and Ellis would be joined by either Ron Escheté, Mundell Lowe, or Larry Coryell in later concerts.
