Alternative/experimental punk band The Harry Macintosh Project originally burst onto the Berkshire music scene in 2005. Taking influence from the likes of The Blood Brothers, The Murder Of Rosa Luxemburg, The Jesus Lizard, Cardiacs and At The Drive-In, they offered a sound totally different to the run-of-the-mill punk and metal which was commonplace at the time. After releasing the 'Macrofage' EP in 2006 and gigging around the UK, the band called it quits in 2008. In 2013 Made In The Meth Lab Records released the live mini-album 'Live At The Cellar Bar 2008', which encouraged them to reunite and perform at a home town charity event. The guys decided to stick together and record their long-awaited second EP 'The Craniofacial Blues' in 2014 which caught the attention of Zube Records who subsequently signed them and released their third EP 'Such Is The Vulture's Love' in 2015. After completing a UK tour in 2015, mini-album 'T.H.M.P' was released in October 2016 through their own Vomica Records imprint. Disbanded in 2017 after guitarist Tom moved to Australia.
