Track 4 has a narrative by David Holt and two historic recordings: Bear Trap Blues by Jimmy Yancey on piano, 1940 and Shout For Joy by Albert Ammons on piano, 1938. Track 5 Jammin' the Boogie has a historic recording of Albert Ammons and His Rhythm Kings, Commodore, 1944 and a live version of the song by Dick Hyman on piano.
