Rock and Jazz
Midlands band formed in 2000 playing American rock 'n' roll from the 1950s. Top class Big Beat Rock 'n' Roll from one of the finest 1950s style Rock 'n' Roll bands around. The Jive Romeros have truly mastered their solid swinging mix of classic American and early British Rock 'n' Roll styles, and have become the best band in their genre, always in demand for rockin' events where they always guarantee a packed dancefloor. Following the addition of John Wallace on tenor sax in 2003, the Romeros changed direction to recreate the mid-'50s British rock 'n' roll and swing of the likes of Art Baxter & his Rock 'n' Roll Sinners, Tony Crombie & The Rockets, Tommy Steel & The Steel Men. The members of The Jive Romeros are: Nobby Clark (vocals), John Wallace (tenor), Zac Zdravkovic (guitar), Rich Crabtree (bass) and Luke (Drums).
