Multi-genre group formed in 1995 by W.J. and S.H. Kingston. Group went inactive from 1998 to 2002. Reformed in 2002 with S.H. and Maxwell Kingston as an experimental noise group foremostly, with sporadic structured musical forays. Also run the multimedia conglomorate MaxCorp Industries.
