The Koo Zooz have already been drawing major interest from big labels, its a question of who and when not what and if!!! Their unique trip hop melodic pop songs with universally catchy hooks, and imaginative creation from Manchester’s finest. The Koo Zooz are a trio from the North West of the UK consisting of Jon Fitz, Catherine Cassidy and Leanne Brown. All have been creating music for over a decade and had previous chart success with other projects. Jon Fitz is an established bass player and a former member of the Body Rockers who had the smash hit “I Like The Way You Move” in 2006. That same year, Jon also had major chart success with the tune “Just Can’t Get Enough", a collaboration with Jason Herd and Abigail Bailey, which saw Jon performing globally. Catherine Cassidy and Leanne Brown as well as being part of The Koo Zooz line up, are known collectively as Sweet Female Attitude who formed in 1998 and had chart success with the Brit nominated Garage anthem “Flowers” back in 2000. The pair spent many years singing live P.As across Europe and performing at festivals such as Party in the Park and Radio 1s beach party. The general ethos of The Koo Zooz is creating ambient music based on natural creativity without boundaries as apposed to a manufactured brief.
