The release includes an illustrated 16-page booklet "The Story of the Waltz" written by Martin R. Miller. The booklet presents the history of the waltz, the Strauss family, Vienna, Austria and the spread of the popular music form to other countries. An introductory letter from Mantovani congratulates the customer and advertises the upcoming volumes in the series. The release included a 1973 'Longines Symphonette Catalog of Magnificent Music' Catalog number is located on the lower left corner of the front cover of the release.
