Album AU 2011 on Negative Guest List Records label
Rock (Folk Rock, Experimental)
"Rock n roll, it is free form. Important to say is that is no rock. The Invisible Empire are getting it down. String band and drum band play together, like in old days. They play loud in small room. No Fans. Equipment breaks, but they still rock. Venues not hiring them. Drummers falling off stupid platforms. Simon, he is preaching in the bullpit. Band plays like train. They have a big beat. Everyone plays rhythm. Because of recordings they hope to become popular. This lp will help you recognise the sound of these recordings." - translated from the original Dutch by that guy does all the Japanese liner notes, circa 1995.
