Part of the Parcel Series of limited 3" CD-R releases, that come in handmade boxsets. This also contains an antique key, padding and a vellum insert. Hand-numbered edition of 100 copies. Written and recorded April 2006 - June 2008, London, UK and San Francisco, US. "This piece is an experiment of sorts. We set out to make a piece that would be rich and interesting for adults as well as children. Something of a bedtime story and lullaby at the same time. We came across the 14 century story of Pressine and modified it and added detail so that it would feel like a personal recounting rather than traditional storytelling. The stories of Melusine and her mother Pressine, have varied over the centuries, so we have added and changed it once again."
