The Luxury Flats are a rock band out of Hudson, NY. The band is composed of Joe V, Damara, Joe Terry, and Mikey. The band's members live at Spook Rock, an 18th-century house east of Hudson, New York where together they eat, sleep, record and play croquet. The band was named Metroland's best band of 2006 and were featured in a cover story by associate editor John Brodeur in August 2006.
