The Magnificents
R&B/Soul
US group. In 1965, Thurman 'Ray' Ramsey, formerly of The Magnificents (3), put together a new Magnificents group that included Richard Dixon and Clarence Jasper (both formerly of The Dukays), and James Pleasant. They did appearances (including some TV shows), and recorded for the Detroit-based Dee Gee Records label.
