Alternative (Punk)
2,000 pressed, but only 100-200 sold at time of release. Many copies have no insert, but the most commonly found is the "Cake" insert which has a picture of a cake and some info on one side, with lyrics on the back. This may be printed on either yellow or red paper. The yellow variation is larger. A few other rare inserts exist, some or all of which may be promotional only: - Promo letter on red paper with a a picture of a maid cleaning a table on it - "Red Alert" / "Maids Strike Bataan" with red and black text on white paper - Handbill advertising the record showing a picture of the band holding a cake
