Both bands were the brainchild of Larry Holmes (aka L The P) who was responsible for The Final Solution fanzine and the Vinyl Solution Records label. Side A collects the Manic Depressives 7"ep and compilation cuts. Side B was originally intended for release as a 7"ep in 1981.
