Jamaican vocal trio formed in 1961 as The Vikings (2) and later changed their name to Toots & The Maytals (some sources say from a Byron Lee's idea following the death of producer Leslie Kong but it seem to be used on some 1960's releases like Dog War / Little Flea or Sweet And Dandy).
