Compilation of demos, live & unreleased tracks : 1 to 9: Ching Cassette 1981, recorded at Brougham Road, London. 10: Unused studio recording, recorded 5th November 1979 at The Crypt, Stevenage. 11: Original studio version, recorded early 1982 at Southern Studios. 12 to 16: Studio recordings from "A tribute to Bert Weedon" cassette, released in 1980 on the Weird Tales cassette label. 17 to 20: Live at Meanwhile Gardens, summer 1983. The four tracks are from Protag's original master tape, three of which were not included on the Crying Again 12".
