Released with quad-fold booklet inserted into the jewel case. The booklet contains lyrics on almost every page, except the last three panels which include thank yous to all the different members of the band and to others who helped in the making of the album, then a verse from the Bible on the last panel. In the thank yous of the booklet, "many thanks to each of the following...you guys are the best in the business!! to Roy Noble for the incredible semi-custom mahogany dreadnought and cedar/pau ferro guitars. / to Geoff and everyone at Sterling Banjos for the awesome Red Fox and Crusader banjos. / to David Guptill at Guptill Music for the Propiks finger and thumb piks...they are all we use. / to Michael Wegen for the flatpicks...the finest available anywhere. / to Peter D'and Laura at D'Addario Strings...for EVERY instrument we play...bass to mandolin, they are truly great! / to Dale and everyone at Westone for the IEMs...you changed the way we hear. / to Cindie at Concord Group for the Christoper Bass, with Gary and G. On the back of the booklet (and the last panel) reads Philippians 4:8, "whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is light, whatever is pure, whatever is lonely, whatever is admirable, if anything is excellent or praiseworthy - think about such things."
