The Plan was a one-off project by Kayak keyboardist Ton Scherpenzeel. The 2 songs on this single were originally composed for Kayak, but that band split up in 1982. Scherpenzeel decided to record the songs himself, playing nearly all instruments, en even doing lead vocals.
