The Real Estate Agents are a live electronica group from Cape Town, South Africa, comprised of Sibot (samplers, turntables, noise), Markus Wormstorm (samplers, drum pads, laptop) and Shadylamp (management). The group first began working together as members of The Constructus Corporation in 2002, and formalised their collaboration into The Real Estate Agents after that band's demise in 2003. The band-members also jointly own Saythankyou, an award-winning sound design and production house.
