Die-cut outer sleeve (cut around the outline of the hand), and yellow inner sleeve. Inner sleeve has a large black box in the middle of both sides, with a list of "Reel Thanks to" names printed in yellow on the black boxes. In the runout matrix no.s, "6437 139 A" on side A and "6437 139 B" on side B are stamped, all other characters are hand-etched.
