First pressing also known as ''export'' issue. Dark red labels with boxed logo. On top, label rim text says ''MADE IN ENGLAND BY THE DECCA RECORD CO. LTD''. On back cover, the liner notes mention Ian Stewart playing organ on ''Time Is On My Side'', but this track is not on the record. This first pressing also features uncensored liner notes by Andrew Loog Oldham. (See images). Some releases have a sticker on front cover "featuring HEART OF STONE and LITTLE RED ROOSTER" (See second image of front cover). Cover features the censored (shortened) liner notes are later pressing. First cat.nr. on cover, second on label.
