Album US on M.S.R. Records label
Pop (Vocal)
Totally undocumented, unintentionally-hilarious songpoem classic, probably circa 1972. There's nary a Christmas song on it; instead, there are Christian-inspired tunes about the evils of money, the power of love, and the possibility of us blowing up the moon. After it was issued, another Sisterhood album with the same name was issued, and that one had actual Christmas songs on it, so I'm thinking this might have been a mistake, possibly withdrawn. While the foursome sing nicely, the cheesy organ accompaniment, bizarre song structure, and lyrical non-sequiturs set new standards in irritainment.
