The first pressing of 1000 copies came with blue & white labels. Only 2 or 300 came with the screen printed 'Dork' sleeve plus an even smaller amount had a lyric card insert. Many of these blue/white label copies had the labels on the wrong sides due to an error at the pressing plant. The second and further Dork pressings from early 1980 came with the green and white label and had plain sleeves.
