It comes in a fold-over paper picture sleeve. Copies could be obtained by contacting Woosh directly. The flexi was also included with the fanzine's 'Two Pint Take Home - No.4' and 'Waterbomb! - 4' (this fanzine came with a small 6" x 4" supplement called 'Where's The Playground Susie?'). These fanzine's aren't directly connected to Woosh but the label provided them with the flexi.
