Band formed by Steve Treatment in 1988, they recorded and played a handful of gigs over the next five years. Some material was released on cassette at the time but it took until 2004 for it to appear on CD courtesy of US label Hyped To Death. Topplers also released some studio recordings on cassette in 2013.
