Includes hand-sprayed black and white booklet of lyrics and wrestling photos with a cardstock cover, and an insert. Tracks are listed sequentially on the sleeve, regardless of sides. "This is the first pressing of 1119. There are 35 test presses with special covers, 206 on aqua blue, 822 on purple and 30 on banana. There are also five test presses that we rejected from United. Also, there are 20 on black that are the result of a screw up by the pressing plant. All should have brown covers. There are always exceptions. This record was recorded in October 1997 at Signal Sound Studios in Quakertown, PA. This record was pressed at Bill Smith Custom Records."
