This album was part of a Kickstarter campaign by The Veer Union because, to quote one of the band members (more than likely Crispin), "We have accrued an extreme amount of debt from past record deals, which has put the band into financial anguish, unfortunately causing internal conflict within the band". They met their goal of $27,800 and released this EP as their reward to the donaters and fans.
