This sub = silk-screened cover; labels are black 'numbers' label and pink 'contents' label. [Uncredited infos]: A1, A4: pre-VU, from Soundsville!! (1965). A2, A3: pre-VU, from The Ostrich / Sneaky Pete (1964). A5: One-sided 7 inch cardboard picture (portrait of Lou by Billy Name on the play side) record, part of Andy Warhol's Index book, a multimedia package (1966). B1 to B4: rough mix demos from 1969, originally available on the EP White Heat (1976). B5: from The East Village Other (1966). There are at least three different editions: 1. First edition (1979) has a silk-screened cover. Left hand corner of the back cover reads:"design & silk-screen printing". ***this*** 2. The 1981 reissue has an standard cover with white on black "numbers" labels identical on both sides (this one). Other versions have white labels or purple labels. 3. Later reissue in blue marble vinyl edition (1990)
