April 30, 1967 recording of a performance at The Gymnasium (424 E. 71st St) in New York City. Record contains the first public performance of Sister Ray and the previously unreleased song I'm Not a Young Man Anymore. Release comes in green and black vinyl. Only 100 copies were made on green vinyl; they were sold on eBay in 10 batches of 10 between February 8 and March 17, 2008. Note: As the cover illustrates, the title of this release is commonly referred to as "Live At The Gymnasium". The cover's spine and A+B side labels however, specify the title as "A Workout At The Gymnasium".
