The Vip's were a Paraguayan rock group in the 1960s and 1970s. They won first place in the "First Paraguayan Beat Music Festival". The Vip's played at a local rock-n-roll club called Mau-Mau, where English rock music was often played. The band existed until the police intervened & closed the Mau-Mau club, which they had searched for drugs. Members: Victor Hugo Destefano, Justy Velazquez, Alex Arce, Freddy Perez, Papi Torres.
