The Viscounts (9) were a band from Missouri fronted by teenager Dave McQuitty. They played rock & roll, rhythm & blues, rockabilly, and surf rock. In the early '60s they released a 7-Inch on the label Teen-Tunes and another on the small Clinton, Missouri label Vee Cee. Dave McQuitty and members of The Viscounts went on to form into Warrensburg, Missouri blue-eyed soul horn-sectioned rock & roll group The Broadway Clique in the mid-1960s.
