Single JM on Coxsone Records label
Reggae (Ska)
This release has the wrong labels. Side A is Dancing Shoes by The Wailers. Side B is a song on the Johnny Too Bad (Slickers) rhythm. The matrix number matches it to a release listed in RKR which is on that rhythm and is called "Panty In Your Hand" by an artist called Junior. The words in the title are in the song on this release. RKR lists it as released on Coxsone Dodd's Supreme label but there is a copy on YouTube which is on Sight 'N' Sounds Records which is another Coxsone Dodd label. Rob Chapman's Studio One Singles Listing does not include Panty In Your Hand but there is a song called "Girl You Too Bad" by the Freedom Singers and I wonder whether they are one and the same. I don't have a copy of the Freedom Singers record so I can't check.
