Released on the 78th anniversary of Thomas A. Edison's patent on the phonograph or "Voicewriter". These recordings were originally made under the supervision of Thomas A. Edison, but were never released and have remained in the archives of the Thomas A. Edison Foundation at West Orange, New Jersey. The Edison Voicewriter Division of Thomas A. Edison, Incorporated, which manufactures today's modern counterpart of the phonograph, the electronic dictating instrument, proudly releases this disc to mark the anniversary of Mr. Edison's patent. The disc is made of vinylite plastic, the recording medium used to assure highest quality reproduction on today's Edison Voicewriter. Release includes 8 page booklet, cover matches album cover.
