Thorgouge formed in 1998 on the eve of the eclipsing speckled hen. Their genesis lies in the distorted thrashings of an ancient Chinese construction company which specializes in metal spiral staircases. During construction, the company produces up to 300,000,000 megavolts of sonic energy which Thorgouge then harnessed and redirected into a black c.c.f. (compact containment field). This energy was then redirected at the source of the infernal noise wall and time stopped right there. Thorgouge found it's modus operandi. Now, incorporating modern day sampling synthesizers, tape recorders, Yak Bak’s, effects, guitars and their own warped voices, they set about causing short bursts of hellion ionic feedback, a.k.a. songs. Originally released February 12, 1998.
