A.k.a. Throw
Throw is a four-piece hardcore band from the Philippines. The band was conceived in November 2000 by Al Dimalanta (vocalist, guitar player, and songwriter of the 80s hardcore group Dead Ends) and Dennis Maniego (former bass player of the punkabilly outfit Private Stock (4)). Al and Dennis recruited Ojie Arcega and Bimboi San Pedro, drummer and guitar player, respectively, of a Bulacan-based hardcore band called T.S.A. The band came up with a self-titled debut album in April 2002 and their long-overdue second album in July 2008. The band's third album Believe was launched in February of 2010. The band also released a six-song EP entitled Wag Kalimutan ang Ingay late 2010. The band's current line-up has Al on vocals and guitar, Dennis on bass, Alan Roldan on guitar, and Spyk on drums.
